Belford Place
Quiet private road and garden next to the Water of Leith. Modern house, traditionally furnished, comfortable and welcoming. Private car parking.

Belford Terrace
It's hard to believe you are in the centre of Edinburgh. Tall trees to the south, a small lane with old walls, and all around shrubs and greenery.
This moderately priced bed and breakfast is colourfully decorated, relaxed informal and comfortable.

Botanics B&B
Quiet, friendly hide-away in a garden wing just opposite the North side of the Royal Botanic Gardens. Princes Street regular bus 10 mins, walk, 30 mins.
