This charming and comfortable self catering rental cottage stands in its own garden, facing south in the midst of farmland with distant views to the Gargunnock Hills. Nearby across the fields is an old tower built to mark the very centre of Scotland
Perth, Edinburgh, and Glasgow are all within an hour's drive, and this the most ideal place for a base from which to explore the Trossachs, the gateway to the Highlands, Rob Roy country, Bannockburn and Stirling with its magnificent castle and associations with William Wallace, Robert the Bruce and the Kings and Queens of Scotland.
Golf Courses within 35 minutes include Gleneagles, Loch Lomond, Callander, Aberfoyle and Bridge of Allan.

The cottage sleeps 4 to 5 and is all on one level; there are no stairs. Wheelchair access at front door. Full central heating. There are two bedrooms at separate ends of the cottage, each with their own bathrooms, separated by the Sitting/Dining Room.

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy: A Deposit of £100 per week is required to book. This deposit is only refunded, in the event of cancellation, if the property can be re-let for the period booked. The Deposit is returned in full at the end of your stay, providing the property is left in the clean and tidy condition in which you found it, and any damage or breakage caused during your stay has been paid for. Failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of £35 being made for cleaning. Rentals in the winter months (October to end March) do not include heat and light and these will be deducted from the Deposit at the end of your stay, along with any other outstanding charges (ie: telephone if applicable, for longer stays) The balance of the rental falls due 8 WEEKS before entry and can be paid by cheque to 'Mrs Fiona Graham' or Mastercard/Visa. This will only be refunded, in the event of cancellation, if the property can be re-let. We strongly recommend that a Cancellation Policy be taken out to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
