Rosemary Bruce-Jones welcomes you warmly to her classic 1930's design house set in its own garden in a quiet attractive residential area only 20 minutes walk from Princes Street or Murrayfield Stadium, and 5 minutes from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. A good bus service (41 or 13) takes only 5 minutes to get into the centre of Edinburgh, and Orchard Road South is 15 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and the Forth Road Bridge. There is free parking on the street in front of the house.

Rosemary, a member of the local Fine Art Society, is happy to suggest where to visit and what to do during your stay.

Inside, the house has many original period features, and is warm, comfortable and traditionally furnished. There is also a conservatory!
