Nether Liberton Court is two and a half miles south of Edinburgh city centre, with excellent bus routes directly into town (15 minutes) close by. Across the road about 4 minutes walk away and hidden by trees is Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, so all your self catering shopping needs are very convenient. The flat is handy for Edinburgh University, the Veterinary School, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and the City Bypass.

The apartment block (built 2000) has plenty of private off-road parking and this apartment is on the top floor (the top window in the photograph) with pleasant views over gardens below, a small river, the Braid Burn, and fields beyond.

This is a quiet and civilised place to stay. Owner Mary Maxwell-Irving has decorated and furnished her guest apartment to the highest standard and it can comfortably accommodate 3 people.

The Sitting Room has large double balcony doors which look out over the part of the apartment landscaped car park and gardens, the Braid Burn and countryside. TV, DVD, VCR and Hi Fi.

Prices range between £240 and £420 per week, depending on the season.
 
Shorter breaks than a week are often available with a minimum booking of 3 nights. Please enquire.
Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity and gas.

Note!

Although the flat or car park will not be directly affected, a major civil engineering project on Gilmerton Road will start on 16th April 2009.
