Belford Terrace is a row of Victorian houses each with their own garden sloping south towards Edinburgh's historic river, the Water of Leith. Carolyn Crabbie's bed and breakfast is on the corner at the end of the terrace. It's hard to believe you are in the centre of Edinburgh. Tall trees to the south, a small lane with old walls, and all around shrubs and greenery. Carolyn has been welcoming guests since 1992. Her house is a relaxed, informal and comfortable place to stay and when the weather is good guests can also enjoy the garden. The Museum of Modern Art is just a few minutes walk away, and whatever your interests and reason for visiting Edinburgh, Carolyn is happy to offer help with both ideas and practical advice about how to make the best of your stay. |
