Ann House is block of modern apartments on the corner of St Bernard's Crescent and Ann Street overlooking a small garden dedicated to Sir Henry Raeburn who owned the land upon which these fine Georgian streets were built between 1817 and 1824. He named Ann Street (one of the prettiest in all Edinburgh) after his wife.
Flat 11 is on the second floor (the four middle windows in the photograph (right), and access is by stairs of lift. It is ideal self-catering accommodation for a family or friends: a comfortable base for up to 6 people in one one the best residential areas in Edinburgh.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Princes Street - leisurely walking amongst inspiring World Heritage Georgian architecture. Stockbridge itself is known for its cafés restaurants, food shops and village-like atmosphere, and there are shops and a supermarket close at hand.

Easter, August, Christmas and New Year: £180 per night.
Other dates: £150 per night.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance plus a good housekeeping deposit of £100 is to be paid not later than one month before. If a booking is made inside one month the rental is still payable.
The minimum stay is for two nights. Longer Festival rentals can be negotiated. Guests are requested to vacate the flat by 11am on the last morning in order that it may be cleaned.
Entry time is usually 4pm but can be earlier by arrangement.
Please note that the flat is only available for 140 days a year.
